cheering Daddy up

Daddy wasn't feeling well today so I thought I might sit next to him on the couch and cheer him up! We played with my cow (she says MOO!) and laughed and smiled at our silliness.

Sanitary Engineer-ette

Today I helped Mommy clean up!
There were these dirty-kaka things on the floor... Mommy said something about them being vacuum parts that Daddy had cleaned and left out to dry, but I thought it was not such a good idea to keep gross things lying around, so I did her a favor and threw them away in the garbage under the kitchen sink all by myself. I'm so helpful!

Every Baby was Kung Fu Fighting

Hyah! I have major kung fu skills. Have you ever seen me split a piece of toast with a single movement of my arm? It's quite impressive. Grr.

the Great Escape

Ah HA! I finally have the key! Freedom is MINE! I can go anywhere I want... the hallway, the courtyard, the bird-filled trees... The world is my oyster!

Curiosity squished the kid.

All I was trying to do was get the shiny bowls in the back of the cabinet! They were too far back, though, so I placed one of the larger containers down for me to stand on so that I may be able to climb onto the shelf... Then, I got stuck. Mom had to help me get out once I was up there. And the worst part is, I didn't even get to play with the bowls once I took them out with me!

You read books. We read books. They read books. I stand on books!

I know that it's not very nice to stand on one's books, but sometimes it's necessary in order to reach greater heights (like the top shelf). So, my dear Goodnight Moon, I stand on you in favor of other literature, such as Olivia, or The Apple Family.

By the way, aren't my toesies just so PRETTY?

Busy Baby Bumblebee!

I am so sorry that I haven't posted in quite a while! It's just that I have been extraordinarily busy as of late. I suppose you're wondering what could keep a little girl like me away from the computer? Well, I know how to walk now!

It's one of the most wonderful things ever! (aside from spinach and squash.) I can go to the kitchen, and then to the living room, and just all over. Mommy and Daddy have a hard time keeping track of me now, but honestly, I was much faster back when I crawled.

Dental Hygiene.

Dr. Pattison told me that cleaning my teeth is very important, so I make sure to brush every day! Plus, it tickles my gums.
