The Visit.

EXT. - HEALTH CLINIC - DAY

Exceptionally cute little girl named Nemesia is walking with her parents towards a clinic. She is approximately 1 1/2 years old, with curly brown hair and an award-winning smile.

Mom: Look, Nemesia! It's the doctor's office!

Dad: You're going to get your bones checked.

Nemesia: Woota weeta lumpum!

INT. - CLINIC WAITING ROOM

Nemesia is playing on the floor with Thomas the Train. Her parents are nearby.

Nemesia: Vroom!! Put-put-put vrroorr.

A toddler next to Nemesia eyes the train greedily. When Nemesia sets it down, the Toddler takes the train and begins to play with it. Nemesia's eyes widen, and her face looks conflicted. Eventually, she moves on to better toys. A nurse enters.

Nurse: Nemesia?

Mom: Oh, that's us, Nemesia!

Dad: Come on, princess, it's time to see the doctor!

They all leave the waiting room after prying the train away from the toddler.

INT. - DOCTOR'S OFFICE

Nemesia walks into the office and greets the doctor.

Nemesia: Hi!

The doctor holds out his hand for Nemesia to shake. Nemesia takes it and then does a quick survey of the room before discovering the spinny stool. She expresses her excitment through hand gestures.

Nemesia: Up up up!

Nemesia's mother helps her up onto the stool. Once seated, Nemesia realizes that she wants more.

Nemesia: Up up up!

Doctor: Where else are you going to go?

Nemesia: Up up!

Doctor: Are you going all the way to the ceiling?

Nemesia looks up to the incredibly high ceiling with a look of wonder.

Nemesia: (whispers) wow.

EXT. - CLINIC - AFTERNOON

Nemesia's mother is holding her as they walk back to their car. Her dad is following close behind holding x-rays and the diaper bag.

Mom: Well, Nemesia, that was fun, wasn't it? The doctor was so nice!

Nemesia: (looking at her mother and smiling) Hi.

Nemesia puts both her hands on her mother's face and turns it to the side. She kisses her mother three times. Nemesia's mother looks positively overjoyed, and they all lived happily ever after.
