I went to the beach today with Mommy and the Aunties! It's like a giant sandbox! It was fantastic! But the seagulls ate all of my goldfish, just like in Curious George. My goldfish... all gone...
The waves were so scary - huge and huge! I made Mommy hold me, and she dipped my toesies in.
Auntie Laina saw a plastic bag blowing around, and she said, "I must stop the forces of evil!!" That was quite heroic of her.
The Aunties made beautiful sandcastles. Auntie Kelsey's was kind of like something from Lord of the Rings (that's what Mommy said) and Auntie Laina's was a combination of feathers and rocks and stuff. Mommy and Auntie Kelsey buried my legs in the sand and made a pretty mermaid tail just for me! I was so cute.
I love the beach!
